Well, my sister and I installed TeamViewer onto our computers and onto our parents' computers. This way my sister or I could help my parents on their computer issues. It is NICE. No more banging my head on the computer desk trying to guide my Mom on a simple task (honestly I love my Mother, but trying to guide her step by step made me want to shoot myself. What do you mean you can't find the icon, it should be right there! ), I will just log on to her computer and do it myself. In fact I have done so a couple times already. Saves my Mom and I frustration.Hermskii wrote:It is the remote software I use the very least actually but it is totally free. I have permission from my work to use our other in house remote type software so I use them. I'll switch back to team viewer when I no longer work here as it is the best free one I can find so far. TeamViewer works fine.
When my sister told me about this program, I remember that you (Herm) have used it so I was willing to try it.
Thanks for the information.
