server is not sending out the new map vote

I tried to get on this morning. The maps load and then I get the server refuses to send map vote la 13. I have it running in the background. There are 5 people on now. I am still getting the error.

My bad.
I've been going back and forth with being a dedicated server
and using a batch file.
Should be all better in a day or two.

I noticed that too...last time I played 2 days ago before my present comp. dilemma.....I used to have my vote set for my CTRL key....ya i saw your posting Meat, that youre workin on it......the least of my problems right now.....
