I hope all is well with you. CG is still the same but playing has changed quite a bit. The newer folks are pretty good. Lots of new hiding spots and strategies that we never thought of back then. Still, they have never played even once with a server full of utterly awesome players.

In case any of you are unclear about who Bo is to this game, Bo is actually one of the very first and very best of the original SRA players. He was also the administrator to one of the most popular UT Redeemer Mod servers ever. It was called Nuclear Winter Redeemer Outpost which was also known as NWRO.

Bo, I'm honored to have you here finally. I too now have some kids. Yes, it's been that long since we've spoken. Take care.

Hey! Long time since we've heard from you too Max. I see you're still short on words or wait actually you never are. Why now? How you doing these days? Been to any good civil wars lately.

Another introduction is in order I think. Maximus too is one of the original SRA members. He is the co-Admin of the www.RedeemerInsanity.com website and is personally responsible for most of the artwork there especially the SRA Redeemer Magazine covers which I enjoy more than anything on the that site besides the forum itself. Maximus transformed himself with several other omnipotent players into a secret group of revolutionist of some sort with a flair for the Darkside of the force. I can't remember what the goal was actually rather than to bring more attention to the server and themselves. They were moderately successful and to this day only Maximus actually knows who all of the other member were that he recruited. I may be wrong but don't actually care. Still, it was very exciting to most of us because we thought and hoped that the {FAH} (as this group were all known as) were Redeemer players from another country who just happened to know all of our tricks and were handing our butts to us on our own server.

A simple mistake allowed another SRA original and regular named Mahatma to determine that Maximus was actually the leader of this rag-tag team of players. Once we found out that they were just a bunch of our own regulars using aliases all the fun quickly faded and the {FAH} dissipated into history. Man those were good times! Maximus tends to flip on his opinion but never flips on his anger and determination. He makes for major gas on any fire and lives for the response.

What was Maximus' {FAH} character's name? Each name had a second part for each player. The name always started with (FAH) and ended with something that made it funny. I think Maximus was {FAH}Que. Anyways. the {FAH} leader acted like the antithesis of the actual player being Maximus who was a favorite of everyone. Please jump in and correct me if I missed something which I'm sure I did. Please take your heart medicine before you start the response! LOL. Later!

Thanks for the kind words about the zines Herm. I actually miss doing them.

As for the {FAH} I'm not sure I was the ring leader. To be honest I don't really recall now. It just sort of happened one night. The birth of the {fah} came about I think because some people were getting just way too serious and we wanted to bring folks back to reality a bit. We considered it a public service at the time. Pretty childish now that I look back at it, but still damn fun.

There were actually 4 members of the {FAH} and a possible 5th later on.
Initially folks got in a twist over it but I think in the long run it actually invigorated people and got them back in the in the ring just to kick our asses. And we certainly got our asses handed to us as much as we handed out the hurt. It also got the boards going like crazy. Which was part of the plan actually. Not to generate traffic on the forum but to get to see the fireworks.

The "Hacks" of the website was probably the funniest occurence for me. I believe that's when everything came to a head and I was outed. Or outed myself I don't recall now.

Anyway It's good to see everyone is still about in some fashion. It be nice if we had some more old schoolers show up and perhaps get a match together. I haven't played in a dogs age but what does it matter. Just to see all the faces again in the arena would be very cool.

He makes for major gas on any fire and lives for the response.

OMG! You are right Max. I forgot about the website getting hacked. Max changed the website where we all went to and messed it all up making it look like this group called the {FAH} did it to us. I mean the wrecked the website and signed off at the bottom being the {FAH} and then told us they were going to play us out of existance. That got everything hopping like crazy. Bahahaha! I had forgotten all of that stuff. Awesome plan but I'll never do anything like it here. Amazing how even all this time after words and those feelings still well up inside of me of how pissed I was back then about this {FAH] group messing up our web page and posting on our forum and beating us at our own mod. Oooooh I was so mad when they hacked the site. Do you still have the actual page saved that you posted back then to make the site look hacked?

For the record, this is an excellent example of why I hate it when people change they're player names. Get a name. Stick to it. Plain and simple.
