MEAT"s doesn't show up on my UT server list

Yes, It is verified. I see you in the master list now. I think I may know what is wrong but I have to test some stuff here first to see. When you run it as dedicated you have a check in the box for Advertise Server right? IS it running from your PC or your wife's? If the result is different because you launch by the batch from your PC but from inside the game on your wife's PC then I do know what the problem is. No matter what PC you launch from next time especially the PC that is not advertising, start up the server as dedicated and make sure the Advertise Server is selected. Start it up then shut it down. That will save that change if you had to make it. Now start from the batch file and see if you can see the server on the master browser list. Let me know.

Advertise Server has always been checked...has been checked ever since I've had my server up and running.
Okay check this out...see if this makes sense:
Yesterday I was running my server through a batch file on my computer and no one could see my server.
I could not see my server in my server browser.
But I then ran a dedicated server on my PC and it showed up. I could see it and others could see it.
I also ran my server on my wives PC, using the batch file, and I could see my server on my PC under the server browser.

Okay...today
So now, per Hermskii request, I'm running my server on my PC and through a batch file and I see it in my browser...huh?
I started my game four times and each time it came up.
Where yesterday I could not see it at all.
So...ahhh...I don't understand?
The question now is, can anyone else see it?

Oh I'm not done yet.
Now after further watching...my server comes up on my browser but
after about 30 sec or so it disappears.
Does anyone else see this happening?
Go to your UT browser, look for my server and see if it disappears
after a few sec.

I saw and re-added MRS today.
I noticed several other of my marked favorites would show up with 9999's no matter how many times I hit refresh, then suddenly, they'd show up.
Seems to be a random thing not affecting any specific game server.
Is it possible that the problem lies within some master server of names?

I to have this 9999 ping in the beginning.
All my favorites come up but are pinged to the max.
Usually takes about 20 sec after I highlight or click
to play before it wakes up.

I wonder if this isn't some sort of message from EPIC saying to get ready folks becasue we are about to shut down the MasterServersBrowsers. Hmmmm?

I think it is the NEW Comps you guys have.
I get great browser fills all the time.
NO high pings - I See MRS, CG and RVH always!

NOTE: I HAVE seen these problems when I install UT new on New Computers of friends and relatives.
Make sure your MasterServer URLs are CURRENT!!!
AND - Make sure that they are Current in BOTH places in your ini file!!!
ANd in BOTH you Player install AND your Server install!
(One place is for your Server and the other is for the player)

Herms, I just wanted to say thank you for that UMOD. MEAT'S sever still doesn't show up, but I swear it searches and refreshes a hundred times faster than it used to. Normally it takes me a good minute or so to search DM servers. Now it takes about three seconds!

MEAT, thank you for posting the IP. I was able to enter via the 'Open Location' menu and then just like when this happened before, after I enter the server once it then shows up on my server list. Weird huh lol?

You are very welcome SilentBob. It sux that this crap is happening with server showing and not showing. I haven't checked other forums to see if other places are having the same issue.
