Map problem at Meat's Redeemer Server.

You get an error on my server? Impossible. I don't have this map on my server. What errror do you get on what map? Why don't people tell me these things? I haven't had to fix a map in about 1/2 a year now and it always turns out to be a common used and modified file when there is a problem. I'll even name my only problem file usually and it is called Sky!

Weird I thought.....trying to connect to DM-Morpheus and I get
some error message.
Throught it was me so I got over it.

ahhhh.......duh.
I just remembered why.
Because I removed all small chit maps from my server and player.
And they are the same chit maps that most people play.
Stand in a corner and spray or loop and poop.
Spawn kill city....no thanks.....but send me your heroes !!!

So you removed your small maps to get rid of an error while connecting to my server? That makes no sense. Explain.

I got the error message after I removed the smaller maps.
Not a fan of the small map for obvious reasons.
So the error message was self induced.
I just have to remember what maps I feel are to small to play
and try not to connect....because I can not connect.

To make sense then I guess you are saying that you removed the small maps from your player install and then if you connect to my server you get an error. MEAT, please write down the exact error and tell me what it is. You may have actually come across an error and I need to fix it. Thanks.

Basically (by mistake I should add) whenever I try to enter a generic map,
one that I have removed from my player/server and one that came with UT,
I get the error message "refused to send file DM-".
But if I add the map to my map folder it will work.

Ever thought about installing the Phoenix mutator to CG?
It's that mod that lets you leave a game and return with your score intact.

The mod answer is no, I never tought of it and the other answer about failed to send seems impossible being I even compressed those files too just in case someoune like you did what you did. I will make a test player and test this myself tonight. Thanks for the heads up as usual!
