Welcome to my world Klownz...

I can't tell you how many times I've emptied a room from CG to Kidcapri.
But don't think of it as a curse...but as a sign of respect.
People are just scared to play you and lose...what fun is that for them?
And there is really no real way to deal with it...sure you can stand in
the wings and not play...kind of like Hermskii does. Or you can "try" to help
those non-achievers like I have. But still, everyone hates the better player.
Everyone hates to lose...regardless if they just play for fun.
My only advice is...let others win or at least keep the games close.
Make it seem like they have a chance or seem like they're getting better.
I can't help it and it's sad that some players just can't get better...example
being DonDon. But we can't run these players off. Without them our
servers would die. Think about it...you and I hanging out at CG...lol
That's death in the making. The "sanctuary" would turn into a ghost town.

Anyway, I pretty much have given up on helping others...it doesn't work.
I've even lowered myself to using aliases just so I can play. And a lot of
times I lose on purpose so others won't leave.
You know, maybe I was wrong...maybe it is a curse being the best?
Then again I blame it on others for not getting better...

That's also a reason for players to leave...they can't get better.

And as for you not playing on Tuesdays and Thursday...join me with
an alias and we'll play dumb together...

I was happily playing DarkCity with Klownz, in fact I was the only one who wasn't throwing insults at him...

And because I'm dedicated to MH, I play Redeemer completely for the fun and laughter of repeated nuclear mayhem.
I don't mind losing as long as it's not to a camper/sprayer, and even then some matches are great.
So, I'd just like to point out I'm not part of the crowd...=P
Besides, I always find it funny:

Fun topic but I'll stay away from it for right now. Yes, playing under other names may be required. Hard to do on your server with a ping of 4. It is very possible on other servers though. I will say it again though. It all boils down to being willing to either lose on purpose or at least keep it real close and make it seem to be by luck that you won. You should also finish the game with the average score of the other players. Start chatting it up then and they will stay and they will get better. Some can't get better. Look at me.

Klownz is not a very good teacher and has stated so to a new player or two that has asked to be taught . . . That being said Klownz is always ready to show a few secrets of the maps to any player and does so all the time . . . .

Players don't like Klownz because IT will hunt the player/players and not the bots. Klownz prefers ITs meat live, not roadkill . . . . Klownz says if you want to hunt bots then start your own one vs bot server . . .

But I do miss the Knownz causing havoc.

Klownz saw the five but Klownz resisted the urge . . . . this is gonna suck . . . but if it helps rebuild the population then so be it . . . .

You can alway hang out at the cemetery...I mean "Sanctuary" !!!

Rebuilding doesn't mean you can't partake.
You just might have to adjust your skill set a little...tone it down abit.
Again, do what I do...use an alias at times.
Make the game close...go after only real players and no bots.
Remember you're not in it to win so just have fun.
Unless it's a pesty regular that doesn't run at the sight of blood.
Chew that guy up...

here i am looking for the klown and everyone is running in the opposite direction?? looks like tuesdays and thursdays are monkey free too now...not that i descriminate against lesser players or bots, far as im concerned, your at MRS... your the soup of the day!!!

anyone that runs from the klown, heres some advice... Dont leave..choose a wide open map.....do what the klown does...Jump up and down like an idiot...and spray, spray, spray!!! Just dont try it at face on mars....hes way too experienced there..He can jump higher and with more idiocy than anyone in the history of UT!!

Might get some downtime tomorrow at MRS if im lucky!

Klownz was "playing" a couple of neoteric players at MRS today when the voices went off in Klownz head once more . . . They conjectured "It's Thursday and we shouldn't be hereabouts." . . . calender check and sure enough . . . the voices were right again . . .

You're welcome to play anytime you like my painted face friend.
Just take it easy on the tourists...don't embarrass any of them
(don't run them off/keep it close if you can) and try to have fun yourself.

Which reminds me...I played on your server yesterday I think and I was
doing my best to welcome a newbie to the game but he was non-responsive.
And I did everything I could but again I no response...SO I ATE HIM ALIVE...

Sorry about that...

But the good news is he didn't leave...

I've noticed that many newb players do not know how to chat in UT.
That could be a problem.
I usually let them know how to chat (hit "t" then type)
Many times this brings them out of their shell.
