I have spoken with Smoke. He was aware of his BAN and asked to have it lifted based on him playing by the rules here going forward. I did as he asked and warned him that he is being watched and reminded him that I won't play favorites either. If he shows me that anyone here gets out of line with him, he will let me know and well...rules will be rules. Granted, I reserve the right to make and break any rule here anytime for any reason. Just ask the other server admins here. It is good to be the King. Basically, I tend to stick with the rules and don't like being tested. If you don't like the rules, go play somewhere else. That goes for everybody and I've already made it clear that I intend to aggressively enforce the rules here to protect those who play by the rules. Peace!
