MEAT this is a stupid question but did you add the MapVoteLA to the ServerPackages list? Did you double-check for the exact name? Could it be case mismatch with the redirect?

You should have the following added to that section...

MaxDownloadSize=0

I checked redirects and they were fine...I even reinstalled them
just in case they were mismatched.
ServerPackage is there.
MapVoteLA13 is entered correctly on my Batch file.

You got me...
