Those are advertisers that use software to sign-up to a forum such as this one.
Once signed up the software puts ads on in the form of posts!
They are just bots that post ads - not real humans. (and not interested in UT at all either)
Admins like Hermskii delete them ASAP but they still come back.
They kinda get on an Admin's nerves after awhile.
That is why he was joking about that because he has had quite a number of them here!
