Hmmm - never noticed that - except with players that have installed the 2nd set of Hi-res textures maybe.
(A BIG no no on servers - never install them on servers!!!)
Anyway, Usually anyway - what I said above is generally true of running UT servers from a home box.
Is your laptop on wireless? - generally slower also.

Yes it is run on wireless which is why I would rather get a desktop connected strait to the internet router. Also like mentioned earlier, I would much rather have people access a computer I have specifically for a server rather than my laptop that I use everyday.

Not that i really been paying any attention to this thread and i dont know if something been decided already or this has already been suggested, but what u could do is give all {MHM} Peoples (possibly other trusted ones) the ability of administrative Kick only, and have just 1 person as the head admin *necessarily Hook or Reiy* since they dont play often i know but if there is someone who can at least just kick and record the IP and the offence of the IP, then the main admin can then determine if it is liable for a full IP Ban in later date.

Wouldnt really be impractical, since i am sure even a busy person could take 30 seconds to simply go /ban "IP"

The problem with that is... People have different reasons to kick somebody and also have different level of tolerance. So if every {MHM}er could kick them, that wouldn't work out too great. I think we should keep it the same way since it's running just fine. I pay a visit to the server every day so I know.
PS: Reiyel is gone, I never see him. I've only seen him once on Killakeller's server recently as in 2 weeks ago.

Meh, just get Punkbuster to run on the server (piece of **** software that bans people who are not hacking and leaves the people who are alone. lol)
