Hey Herm,

I tried searching already, and I checked some of the most recent threads in this forum, but I could not really find a suitable answer. I was just wondering what happened to Hermskii.com?

My brother and I (not sure if you remember X. he use to map and such here) wanted to play some old school monster hunt. We were looking for the bigiz (cant even remember if I am spelling that correctly) mutator, and the older versions of some of the mh maps. I have a bunch saved on my mediafire account, but there were a few missing that we wanted to try. However, your site seems to be incapacitated for the moment. We made do, though, on MHM.

I just visited it again tonight because a Bunny Track friend of mine desires to host his own server off of his own box (I am quite jealous of his bandwidth rates). I know there are other sites with How-to-set-up-your-own-server instructions, but I remember your manual being the most helpful back in the day when I ran my own server.

Anyways, just a long post to let you know that your site is not functioning properly. Hope everything else is running well over here on your end.

Sorry. I moved everything to another webhost provider and haven't pointed the stuff in my website to the new place yet so yes all is broken. Nothing is lost. It just doesn't work and I'm way too busy to fix it properly. I may hire a team to get in and do it and maybe redo my website a better way. We'll see. I'm going to re-do the webpage. Nothing works when you go to it and click on stuff. I have a whole other thing in mind that won't take long and will work fine. I just need the time but I'm not sure when I'll get it.

I really need a buddy who knows HTML inside and out. All I need to do is edit each page with replace a bunch of lines that say "OldWebHost:123.456.789.111" with "NewWebHost:123.456.789.111" and bang the webpage works again.

I'm just terrified to try it myself and mess it up worse than it is yet I'm pathetic because I mean to redo the whole thing anyways.

I used to do some basic html stuff but I dropped out of interest of it as I picked up UT and saw UT is cooler to mess around with, and viola HTML5 appeared.... heh.

I probably know 1 person that basically work on webpages but not sure about the forum... but this is his stuff:

That kind of stuff is really simple to do.
You can do it just using notepad.

Finally did it.

I jumped in on the Hermskii.com and fixed everything but the map packs and the how to manual link.
