Shout out to EvilGrins...

Post by Hermskii » Sat Sep 24, 2011 1:16 am

Quickly, I just want to say that I'm tired of and thrilled with how much EvilGrins posts here. Sounds like a back-handed compliment and maybe it is but I am very excited to see this many post from anybody and often he offers cool stuff like skins and maps and all. I'm about to give EvilGrins his own section here just to try to keep all of his good stuff in one spot. Thanks EG. Please do keep it up.
~Peace~

So far I found

Why so many posts all over these different forums? Why not just send your skin to skincity and just linking to the download. This seems to be with all of your posts, not sure whats going on with that but I may just ignore these type of posts all together.

When was the alst time you were on SkinCity? Their database crashed many months ago and just this past month they put up a Public Statement post on their facing page that says they're done. It was good while it lasted but they're not accepting any new submissions.

I post where the players are.

Also, similar to how Hermskii has asked me to host my pics here rather than other places, a lot of moderators seem to like you to host your files on their sites. Dunno why exactly but it does seem simpler than having to deal with sites elsewhere.

A lot of old posts in multiple forums have dead links. If you host your files in a forum, so long as that forum stays up then those files should still be available.

Skim to the bottom of that page.

I agree... more than 20 topics in a 2 month(s)!
Take it easy EvilGrins!, there are much more important things than to be first than can post or make a new topic. We want some space too

Yeah, I think I am going to do something here for sure. Hmmmm? The trick will be to move most of his stuff into it without breaking threads...

I think I'll just search for and move the ones he started that have nothing to do with anything else but this could also prove bad. That would weaken other forums already designated for these topics that do matter. Hmmm???
