Did anyone know they have a forum too? It's really dead but it's there.

Like a guhzillion map downloads with reviews, for the most part. All of the Unreal/UT games plus a bunch of other FPS's too.

Thought about it but so far I've got my downloads at my own link. I wanna see what their policy is about uploading edits of other people's maps before I put my foot in my mouth and start doing it myself.

Also kinda stumped on how to do map reviews. On my profile it says I have the option to review maps but I can't figure out how to do it.

Hmmm, OK.

We actually have a "started" Map Review area at HUTP - just never got it going a lot - yet anyway.

Did you advertise that part? Setting it up and not promoting it every so often won't help it kick into gear.
