My new site/blog

Post by Feralidragon » Mon Jun 07, 2010 1:42 am

Well, just to say that I am no longer using my old userpage anymore.

I built a new blog during the past week, and took a bit more work than what I expected lol

So I have a new site/blog at blogger with a customized design and such, my little corner of sort to speak, and all the mods and maps will be updated there, still everytime I release something, I will post about it here and other forums anyway, so you don't need to check the site for new releases.

The new site is here: http://feralidragon.blogspot.com/

All the mods and maps I wanted to show are there, the ones released and the ones in development, so feel free to comment or report something you don't find right there. The comments to the news can be made without logging in, and they can be anonymous, so don't be afraid if you want to say the truth about something you don't like there.

If someone wishes to see something more added to the site/blog, like a tutorial or something else, have no problems to ask.

I hope everyone enjoys it :)

There are a couple of guys whom I stop whatever I'm doing to listen to what they have to say. Ferali is one of them.
He is the best guy coding in UT right now, and probably well into the future.

I don't think so. There are people who code for UT almost since it was released, and I code for it for about 2 or 3 years, which means I still lack a lot of experience and knowledge. Some of them are in very big UT projects right now, and others aren't just that active, or their work apreciated. But I believe if we made some sort of rank about "the best UT coders/modders", I think I would be a bit above the middle, and I think you would be about above the middle as well (well, considering that rank as only at least reasonable coders, not those people that think they know how to code, but then all they can do is change some properties and modify 2 lines of code).

There's just one guy in that rank I think is really in the bottom though  (a guy that so far stealed concepts and ideas, and still did them badly and some released in a illegal state rofl).

Right now, I think that I am just good enough to make what I want in UT without any big trouble, just some challenges to make something new and functional.

Congrats on the site. I haven't logged in here in several days because I just haven't had the time. Nor have I checked the site yet but I'm sure if you built it that it is awesome. Keep pumping it up here as well as you know I'm not against anyone pushing UT stuff here if it betters the community! Have a good one!
