SPAM Contest! - Hawaiian ...

Yep the Hormel Company who is the maker of this well known product, "SPAM", just recently announced this contest. :P

Some information...
Statistics show that the State of Hawaii is the top consumer of SPAM.
Yep - Hawaii LOVES SPAM!
So, in honor of Hawaii, SPAM would like to design and use a SPAM can label just for Hawaii.
They want the people to design this can label and enter it in their contest.
The 1st prize for designing the winning SPAM can label for Hawaii is $1000.00 and a whole Case of SPAM! :wink:

The dates of the contest is from January 31 2011 through February 18 2011

I actually heard about this contest on the radio while driving to work.
They had an ad on for it. - COOL!!! :P

The following are the official rules for the SPAM® Product Package Design Contest.

1. Eligibility
a. Open to residents of the state of Hawaii.
b. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
c. No purchase necessary.
d. Entry period of January 31, 12:00 a.m. through – February 18, 2011 11:59 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
e. Contest subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
Did a Canadian write the rules? Provincial laws? Not State laws? :mrgreen:
