Below is a video of a song I have played on the house for a couple years and I did an Update/Remix of it. Its the classic Peanuts theme (Linus and Lucy) combined with a modern rock version by Gary Hoey. A good friend of mine spent a better part of all last summer coding this.

Oh I just figured you'd make a thread called Christmas Lights 2011.. Post your lights! Like Hook did. Then you should be able to move my post to that thread using the moderators tools. But if you want to keep it the way it is because of the thread continuity then thats ok too.

This year I didnt have any help because my friends or familiy were too busy. I can usually get the lights up and the system running in 2 weekends, weather permitting. This year I took a week vacation and spent the whole week setting up. I actually start preparing for lights in August.

Its a chore, but knowing the joy it brings to Kids and Adults is well worth it. This year someone anonymously sent me a $100 gift card to my power company to pay for the power. I also get cards in the mail after the holidays thanking me for doing it. Its a good feeling knowing I'm building Christmas memories for kids and a tradition for families.
