for me the upgrade will be to the tune of about $570 give or take after rebates

but actually , I'm getting way more for my dollar than I did 5-6 years ago when RAM
was soo darn $$$$ that it costed around $200 for 512 meg of pc2700 333 mhz RAM! now it's more like 2 gigs of of ram for $40 and its pc6400 1333 mhz RAM

amazing ....simply amazing ! lots of good deals for a lot of performance to be had now!
