Your Phenom is only 800mhz? lol

each core is 800mhz fallout 3 needs 2.4 mininmum or something like that. its the way its set up

that 800mhz is probly your FSB speed then

been looking up on it not the only one with a phenom who has this stated and most people are saying it is because of this:

Could be that, although that is more for laptop and low energy cpus so i dunno

I have 2 old laptops and a desktop machine I put together.
I primarily use the Dell D600 laptop for most of my daily stuff but after about 15 minutes of UT, it slows to a crawl. I've done numerous tests and it has something to do with the cache on the motherboard. The desktop has a geForce 9500 vid card and I use it for more serious play
