I hate it!!!!!!!!!!

My wife's aunt is older and computers is not necessary the best thing for her because she is old and you know when older people and computers meet sometimes it confuses the person. Why does not my printer work....try plugging the printer cord back into the back of the computer....Anyway...

My father-in-law gave her an OLD computer. I found a more current one and updated everything and got it running from her. I used to get called over to her house on a weekly manner. I really got tired of it. It was so often because she would let her sons on the computer and of course and one son looks at porn and download crap

Anyway....her son got a laptop and her computer is working fine. Now I have the goober asking me to fix his laptop. I fixed it about 2 weeks ago, updated everything downloaded malwarebytes and ccleaner and it ran fine. He came over today and stated that there is a program that "hijacked" his laptop. The program is called Win 7 Antivirus 2012. What a jhdaskjdghkjhkjhkjhkjdssd!!!!!!!

I have tried r-kill and then malwarebytes. I had to do this in safe mode since the program prevents any programs to run. The after a while, it prevented me to boot in safe mode. It seems to know I am trying to get rid of it and it is fighting back.

I have followed these instructions, and so far no luck. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-r ... yware-2012
I am so tired of fixing a laptop that I just fixed just because of some fool wanting to look at porn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny enough.....I am getting a new roof, but he is not paying for it. I had just entered into a contract with a roofer at the beginning of this week.

The Good: a new metal roof that is energy star compliant that I get a rebate next year in taxes, it will last longer than asphalt shingles, it will keep the upstairs cooler because it reflects the heat instead of absorb it, it is a standing seam roof (there are no exposed screws it is the higher grade of roof), I have the payment at a interest rate of 1.9 %

The Bad: Metal prices has gone up and still is going up so the roof is $$$$$$, the rebate is small (not really worth mentioning in the good), more $$$$$$$ I owe.

Concerning charging him, he could not afford it....He is in his late 30's almost 40 and he lives at home with his parents..

I sometimes enjoy helping people out with their computers and have offered my services to those good people who could use it, but I dislike it when a person (who I already helped because they are family) keeps doing the same stupid thing and getting aggressive malware. Stop downloaded the crap!!!

A few months back I got targeted by a well known cyberbully on twitter. This numbut has worked her way through a number of folks I know and is now focused on me. She's getting increasingly erratic and sexually harassing me.

Got the twitter bigwigs to shut down her account, she started another one and started all over again.

I run a number of accounts on twitter. She targeted one she thought was my main, went thru there and tracked down my actual account, from there to my other online places outside of twitter until she knew my name and a bunch of other "Expletive Deleted" I'd never want her to know.

Oh, and it's Friday the 13th. All around, things are bad.

Hi everybody!

I decided to run a scan on my MSI products (motherboard and video card). I used the scan that they have called MSI Liveupdate.

There are some updates so I directed it to download the updates. ....................

I waited and waited..... and waited.....

I discovered what it should say is this
What MSI really means.JPG
Can you spot the difference? :? :|

S................L......................O..............................W.......................

Why so slow? I have good enough interent. If I downloaded the files from their website on my own it would be faster. I checked... I just wanted to make sure I get the correct versions of updates that is why I went withe the liveupdate.

Today I want to complain about sneaky plug-ins.

Yeah, some companies such as Micro$oft, 4pple and G00gle have the bad habit of installing unwanted, virtually useless plugins on Firefox without being asked to.

The list includes the Google Update plugin, the iTunes Application Detector and Windows Live Photo Gallery (sigh).

Is it so hard to ask the user before installation? Heck no, you have to deal with this garbage and spend half of your time updating crap installed on your PC and the other half getting rid of extra-crap which comes bundled with the first.

Not to mention Java and their Deployment Toolkit and Java Console.

Someone should also explain me why do I have to install Adobe Flash twice each time, once for IE and once for FF. It doesn't happen with MS Silverlight for example.

And we complain about trojans and ad-ware. Oh joy!

Great complaint Sir!

I agree! What is it with Java that they need to update it for security reasons every single month? Why is it that it can detect a way older version of itself on your computer but can't uninstall it?

Scams. All of them. Ever installed a HP printer using the recommended options? Holy crap! All you want are drivers so when you click print it prints but no. They have to install about 8 other icons on your desktop too. Each being a program you never asked for that isn't as good as the one Windows was using before.

Yeah David. you hit a raw nerve here. I hate this crap!
