It's long and hard with a terrifying final boss, and it has plenty of BT for those who like that sort of thing...

BirdBrainedResearch is a good map and has indeed some BT.

Guys an update from the GameServer staff about the port switching that was erasing the server from your favorites:

Rate My Reply: The port change is an error due to the NGWorldstats feature. I've disabled it to prevent it from happening again and you should now be all set.

This must be why the servers all have it disabled. Who knew?

It never did that to me but then I never installed it or used it with any of my servers. In fact, if I recall, it makes logs all of the time which ate up my space on the drive so I went in and pulled it all out of the UT.ini or made sure it couldn't even make any logs period.

It also doesn't even work anyways if I recall. That was one of the first featuresin UT that went belly up several years ago. Now all it can do is track locally on your server but can't report world wide the results like it used to be able to. It was very very hard for me to disable it all of the way if I recall.

Yeah BirdBrained is a good map, but its sequel BirdAddiction looks even better, it's a pity it's still an incomplete Alpha release.

Does it mean that the "server going down" issue was due to NGStats port switching? Another good reason to get rid of them. I hope now you've fixed the problem. However not all servers have NGStats disabled, some of them process stats incorrectly, but none of them have active stats AFAIK.

Yeah since they adjusted things its been pretty solid. Not one port switch.
