My literary writing style or misuse of proper English denotes a sign of mental uncertainty.
The guy laying in the hospital bed is still recovering from a catastrophic event.
In fact, he's in and out of consciousness...he's lying there trying to piece together what is
real or not real...so the assumption is we don't know if he's mid sentence or just mumbling.
And he's definitely not having a rational conversation. He just got blown up...!!!
So in this pic, the use of lowercase was intentional and it adds to the story.
