While I have not been to a Tea Party.....yet, I feel like I will fit right in. Here is a simple truth I came across today that libs would actually argue with me about:
"CALLING AN ILLEGAL ALIEN AN "UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANT" IS LIKE CALLING A DRUG DEALER AN "UNLICENSED PHARMACIST"!

Yeah, that makes perfect sense to me! 
I haven't looked into this party very much at all.
But then - I think "political parties" ought to be abolished as politicians generally vote only because of what party they belong to and not because of what is right or wrong.
I absolutely hate partisanship!
If we must have parties - we should allow only one - the American People's party! ALL American People! (in the USA)

I consider myself a liberal . However, there are many things in which I agree with conservatives.
Immigrants must learn english and respect US traditions and way of life. They must understand that they're illegal and that´s a condition that can not be tolerated. Yes, they have human rights and those must be respected, but staying in a country as illegals is not part of their human rights.
Although, as a liberal, I´m totally for the separation of state and church. I hate when religious points of view interfere with politics and that´s something that, sadly, happens quite often here in Latin America, specially in public health subjects.

Although there's a human part involved and stuff, immigrants must respect the rules of the country that are giving them the opportunities they couldn´t get in their own country. OH yeah. Government is out of control and they are offended when its constiuency is voicing their oppositions to their greed & power grab.
While we're on the topic of illegal immigration, it's the ILLEGAL part that annoys most of us, especially in Arizona! Also, drive near the AZ Mexico border and you'll be shocked at the trash these people leave behind as they make their way here. As part of the deportation process, every deportee should be made to spend time cleaning up the filth that they and their neighbors left at the border.
