Differand Game Mods

i have recently brought a new pc and to see how good it is i got hold of a copy of Fallout 3 GOTY edition. almost straight away after setting up and sorting the new pc out i noticed the amount of mods for it. i now have like 50 odd differant mods and have spent like 3 hours in total going through alot more. and was just wondering:
1. has anyone else got fallout 3 for pc and knows of any good mods (and by good i mean fun, useful etc.)
2. what other games can you suggest with as much fun with as many mods as fallout 3.
and 3. anyone know of any good stuff on fallout 3 apart from mods. played and completed the ps3 version (not expansions) and was always finding i havnt explored somewhere yet.

I don't even know what you are talking about. FallOut I assume is a collection of the best games based on UT being part of it. Hmmm?

fallout 3 is based after an all out nuclear war. you start off being born where you start to set-up your character. something happens (not giving any spoilers) and next your 1 years old and learn the basics all the way to 16. for the first 16 years of your life you have grown up in an underground vault that no one enters and no one leaves. once again something happens and you have to leave the vault. this is where the story begins because from here on you get to choose how the story unfolds (if it does i made an error because my mate told me something cool and i done that before completing something first).

but with the amount of mods ive seen this isnt always the same. ive seen one wheree you start on a prision looking like alcatraz (didnt dl it cant give a breif storyline) that apparently takes 4-6 hours to complete before you start on the actual story. there are quite a few differant mods from weapons, quests to changing characters or even changing the main point of the game. its a really good free-roaming RPG that i would reccomend.
