Oh yeah!
We actually got more than we were asking for it! No more second house payment. No more extra water bill, electricity, alarm, gas, phone, sewage, taxes, home owner's and lawn care to name a few! We are getting a killer 10K+ tax return as well so things are looking lots greener around here right now. All of that and we made gobs of money on the old house we just sold. There was lots of equity in it and we sold it for lots more than we bought it for originally. Almost twice as much actually. I had already dropped $30,000 on the down payment for our new house. Somebody walked up to me and offered me $45,000 more than we paid for it while I was having work done on our garage a while back. We are in our early forties and can already pay off our house! We also just got both kids registered at a local private school we wanted them to go to so we are all good right now. The new dog is icing on the cake too. She is awesome and my beagle loves her to death. They play with each other non stop!

Wow, awesome news Herm. 
It all sounds great, as long as you don't have to pay Capital Gains tax on the sale of the other house next year!
