Interesting Web Hosting

If is permitted I'll post here something nasty or funny.

When I decided to host a small web page presenting my server I used a non-standard port, including downloads sections. I did this to avoid an invasion to lagg server on an usual connection delivered by Internet bots hunting everything.

Once posted in an e-mail such a link using other port, things become nasty, Some daemons claimed as being unsecured non standard ports because they cannot be checked, yea you read right cannot be checked. What check ? Stoling files hours and lagging server ? Caching craps ? What check ? I was warned today by a person about will block my adress because I'm infected. Imediatelly I started scanning computer and I didn't find any small crap. I think this is just jealosy from daemons because of my decision to avoid spams and invasions. When you search something in Internet aswers many times are anoying, you are pointed to craps not to your subject. I don't want to be visited by persons uninterested about UT because they were redirected by Search Engines right in my house.

Well, for be clear about my Web Page. Will keep the port 8000 and 9000 until the server will be physically damaged or until I have money for provider. As long as the system is runing well and each scan report nothing, this will be from now on too. UT server is consuming 2-4% CPU included Web Page, this will remaining the same, and those daemons can complain where they want.
For a better understanding, a Priest teached me to use other ports, yea you read right a Priest, a very smart guy.
