I saw the Harlem Globetrotters...

Post by Hermskii » Wed Jan 29, 2014 1:01 am

My wife bought our family tickets to go see the Harlem Globetrotters last weekend. I had wanted to see them since I was a child but the desire had passed over the years and none of them are original anymore.

DON'T LET THAT STOP YOU!

IT IS A GREAT SHOW!

My kids were crying from laughing so hard. They were as amazed as I was as a child to see them do their thing. I only saw them on TV as a kid. My kids were 50 ft away and the show was awesome! Pay the money. Show up early. Enjoy. Want some kids to remember you forever? Take them to one of these shows if they have never been and they will think of you every time they hear the theme music or see them on TV.
~Peace~

I haven't seen them, outside of Scooby Doo episodes and the Super Globetrotters toon, since I was a kid. Saw them in San Francisco when I was around 8 or so.

Ah, yes, I have always wanted to see them in person too!
I used to watch them on TV when I was a kid, along with my dad & brother & sister.
(Yes, they had TV when I was young)
I remember "Meadowlark Lemon" - the other old names I forget. :(
