Server/Internet Based calendar

I have a question that someone might be able to answer. I am trying to find a good server based calendar that multiple people can access and modify.

For home use I use Google calendar that is linked to a Hotmail account.

For work we did have a Google calendar but since our ISP (Cableone) created their own mail server, the Google account that is used by my employer is now controlled by Cableone and it has not been working as well as it did with Google.

So any suggestions? I am looking for an easy program like Google calendar that can be shared, accessed and modified by several users.

Microsoft Sharepoint, or Outlook 2007 or higher i'd say.
