Problem with Insta Gib firing

Problem with Insta Gib firing
I noticed yesterday while switching to insta gamemode in mapvote on my server and pressing the primary fire would not kill the enemby only the 2ndary fire would? Does anyone know the cause of this? I am running UTpure7, server ip 69.28.220.120 Thanks guys

Hmm what kind of ZeroPing are you currently using? I've heard of a problem related to a bugged version of ZeroPing v2.10:

Yea pots im using the utpure zeroping v7G i believe. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt' kind of strange.

Does anyone know where i can get the ZeroPing Combo Insta gib? I would like that on the server for sure but only see the non zp there is a server that uses the zp version but hey won't give it out.
