Here is what I made 2nite for my first skin or learning curve, not much really but now I know what it takes to skin, and will use photoshop later to refine it and put my face on it. Had to use GIMP at work cause thats all they had and I am not familar with that program like Photoshop. Enjoy! All in all took me a couple hours.

Looks good, though I'd suggest darkening the uniform a bit so it doesn't stand out so much to other players that will be shooting at you.
I've never had any luck skinning the Male Commando. For the record though, back from my Infilitration gaming days, I've got a bunch of military uniforms for that particular model if you'd like them.

Man that UT skin maker program i gave you works like a charm very easy to use and one click utx/int file is made after your textures are put it, it even allows you to see the model and update the skin in real time once it is saved from a photo editor, thanks for the tip and yes I plan on getting real photos of my actual uniform later and trying it out. Thanks.
