Which Linux OS to choose for Xtra PC?

Does anyone have a good general knowledge for a good linux OS to use on my spare pc that will be used for FTP file sharing/Game server? I currently have Zorin OS 5 and Ubuntu (10.6 I believe on DVD) I am also using a 320 Gb Hard drive. This will obviouslly be a work in progress while I figure out the new software and find Unreal for linux, etc. Thanks guys.
