Now days because GameSpy is lost in dust we don't need any MonsterHunt related file in our clean client game used daily. We can get MH TAB by tweaking 2 UT files Main UnrealTournament.INI and Ubrowser.INT as described at Hook and PMH.
For a test (a map might be bad) we need another UT with stuff loaded. Normally are required 3 files to fire MonsterHunt. an INI, an INT, and Main U file.
What's different at MH v504 ?

INT file will help in firing game but will cause appearance of an Useless MH TAB no longer functional.
What I did in this case (because I was annoyed)
I edited INT file to destroy that empty MH TAB.
Like this It is simply only for testing (mappers, modders, etc.) not client player. Old useless MH TAB won't bugs you any longer.
