Anyone here able to convert MH maps into DM maps?
I love some of the big MH maps and think they would make
great DM/Redeemer maps?

I have and it is not a good idea because one spawn killer would win each time since all the spawn points are usually within 5ft of each other. Later.

It would be very easy to relocate the spawn points.
Minor adjustments would be needed to play on DM server.
Contact the owner of the map and get permission. If they say yes i will do the converting work for you.

Wait as long as it takes them to reply. Even if they don't reply don't edit their maps. If you do, you'll get that same curse as the Brady Bunch did when they went to Hawaii that time to see Greg surf in that contest. Remeber, they found that amulet that cursed every one of them who touched it. Yeah, you don't need that kind of trouble. They had to get the curse lifted by a spooky old guy (Vincent Price) in a cave before they came home to live happily ever after. Here is some more info and reasons why you don't touch other people's maps:

We are not joining that forum just to read a post.

I suggest wait a couple weeks.

But if you are really interested in finding them , search their name on google.
Find out what forum they hang out on and post a pm to them there. You have to track them down usually.

PM me a link to the download and i will convert it for you. But there will be no mention of me or you in the new one, and there will be no omit tense of the credit to the original builders. It will be a clean switch over to new game type functionality changes only.

Bare in mind when you choose one that they are linear maps. DM should be circles not linear. Choos on this basis or the gameplay will just suck. Also there will most likely be no botpaths so bots will not work in the map to well. I don't know if you run bots on your server but i thought i should remind you about it.
