Skin Creator Essentials

Have you ever wanted to make your own personal skin or one to share with others? Well now you can!
This thread will allow you folks on {HOH} to create and edit your own skins using a fairly simple skin creator called "Ut Skinmaker 2.41."
This nifty tool allows you to make your own skin for any of the primary classes equipped with color editting softwares (built into the program) so it's easy to add specific colors to your skin. There's not much to it, but I also have attached a link to a nifty tutorial so you may be able to get it up and running a bit quicker. There's a little bit more to it to actually allow other players to see your skin, but at least you get to see it and that's most of the fun!
Normally you need to go through all these processes to upload textures from all those nasty ".utx" files, *ugh*. So I took the liberty to attach a texture browser where you can convert ".utx" files to ".bmp" files! That's always good! If you don't use this, you're better off starting from scratch! So now you don't have to!

Does this happen when you start up the skin maker or the texture browser?

As soon as you start the application immediately to me to appear.
And applications is turn off.

Hmm, well check out my first post and I editted it to send links to the site I got the program from so you can install it from the site itself and maybe it will work.

I never used any special skin creating tools to make the MHM skins i made. Just Unreal Editor, Notepad and a good Image editing program

Well this ones nice because you can take a texture with the texture browser tool and just add a tint to it, so I could have made that MHM skin in less than 10 minutes for sure.
Try out the program! It's tedious AND fun!

Under 10mins? lol well Mr Prowner you know male commando, and female soldier are yet to be made so thats 20mins of your time, go on make them
