No, it's called freedom of verbalization and freedom of interpretation.
Thus, the meaning is in the eye of the beholder and writer.
But I do understand your query, your misunderstanding and your right for conforming standards.
And I also feel sorry for those who lack the ablility to form mental dialog...(thinking)
Oh well...next time I will explain my story telling in a non-threating/doctoring form.
