epic cow skin...mesh? er...was that? ummm

k....whats the go with the cowmesh skins and epiccustom models.
Ive noticed lately my ut99 temp files that ive been storing for quite some time arnt loading the maps instantly and i have to load each map everytime.
everytime i try and download Cowmwsh and epiccustom models it say sserver refuses to send the files and have to go to zark sniper server to get them.
Plus ive had a few probs with lamapvote too.
whats happenin?

Do a search on the web for a cache cleaner and run it after you download from servers this will move the files into the proper folders so you dont have to keep re-downloading them...

I just delete my whole UT cache about once a month....those maps arent that damn big to worry about...ive never had a problem...those sniper maps like TKK or ZSZ etc, are lot bigger maps/utilities....i ahvent seen 'to skip/press F10' in a long time....lol

These problems are happening here? No one else is complaining. That isn't to say the problem doesn't exist but every single file you should or could possibly need does download to any player who connects to my servers.

So let's re-review this. Please nuke your entire cache folder in your UnrealTournament folder and nuke all of the temp files in the same folder too. Then reboot UT and go straight to my server. If it happens to you again, please give me specifics about what happened. Especially add in the exact file names of what gives you problems. What is MapVote doing to you too?

only MRS does it, like after an uninstall of ut99 as soon as you go to MRS it refuses to send:

*cowmeshskins
*epic custom models

So i just go to other servers to pick them up because they are a very common file and venture back to meats.

Its not a huge prob. LAmap vote did the same thing the other day but seemed to work itself out.

better turn my pc off now, we are havin 120km/h winds here.. kinda nasty lookin.
