#4. Cave Mantas both small and large taste just like scallops. You have to shoot them down and then get a hollow pipe and stab their wings all over and all the way through. Then push the flesh from the inside of the pipe onto a hot buttered pan/skillet. Sear on both sides until the meat is solid white all the way through! Remove from each side and drizzle with lemon/lime! Oh yeah! I'm getting hungry...
