I love that guitar riff, youtube is like a candy store for lost music
Couldn't have said it better myself. I'm finding all kinds of stuff I'd long forgotten about.

Have I said that already in this thread? Well it's still true. -And I am still amazed at how I keep seeing posts by teenagers lammenting that they weren't born in my time, or even before my time, in the comments section. They just love stuff from the 50's through the 80's, and even earlier sometimes. :o :D And OMG how they hate the crapfest out there in mainstream media land!

Yeah, i have found that to be true too!
Also, I agree, most of the music now days is manufactured - or rather the singer's voice is electronically altered to sound good.

And now for something completely different:

This repair is so easy!!
I once had a 2 stroke snow blower that surged the same way. I'll bet this was the repair that it needed too.

Look down the side for more repair videos! :D

I wonder if the person that bought that 2 stroke snow blower from the thieves who stole it out of my shed was ever able to get it running? It took a bit of a knack to get it started because I had tried to adjust the plastic idle screw in sub zero temperatures and it broke because the plastic had gotten very brittle in the cold.

I'll bet I could find a fix for that broken idle screw. Mechanics must hate Youtube!

Edit: I meant to point out that this repair and the others I see for carburetor repair and other small engine work are almost always easily transferable to other kinds of machines like lawnmowers, and the like since they often use similar engines and bits and pieces. :)

That guy who did this video seems real nice. I'd hang out with him. Then I'd tease him about talking funny. Besides that I laugh knowing I just watched that entire video interestedly and I live in Houston where not a single snow-blower exists. But now I know and knowing is half the battle. Thanks G.I. I remember listening to him with the "News and Comment and The Rest of the Story" segments on the radio.

I think it is funny. There is a small portion that is a little risqué or really juvenile Ish, but I think that it is funny.
