Actually you answered your own question.
If you're on a budget and the best you can buy is the Fluance SX-HTB
then that is what you should get.
But at the same time you should look at the big picture.
Does the Fluance SX-HTB give you the performance you want?
Like anything expensive....make sure to listen and compare systems before you buy.
I've had a Bose system for about 15 years....nothing better.
