Fillable form in Microsoft Word

Post by David » Wed Dec 10, 2008 9:26 am

I would like to learn how to make a fillable from in Microsoft word. I would really like to do that in pdf but that software is too expensive. So I will go with software that I have. Does anyone know how to make a fillable form and then willing to share the knowledge?

I sometimes create forms for work, and I use them, but without the know how to create a fillable form. After I type in the information on the form I created using word, I need to back through the form and touch up the form and put it back in the shape.

I sometimes use Word but I don't know what you mean with ''Fillable''.
Maybe if I know I can look for you.

What I want to do is to be able to have a set form, a form that I typed up, and then have the capability to type in where it is needed without it altering the spacing or altering the form because of the typed in entries.

I know Adobe has software where you can create a fillable pdf and that is Great, but the cost for that program is $$$$$$$$ and then to learn how to use it effectively. I was not sure if someone here had any knowledge so I had to ask, since there is no harm in asking.

You can get allot of programs on line for free.

There are sites that you can search for programs, music , movies , everything.

You find a torrent of what you want and click download.
It then puts a shortcut on your desktop.
The shortcut is the address to where the torrent file can be downloaded from another persons computer.

When you click on the shortcut it will open what ever p2p program you have installed and will start downloading the files you wanted.
The great thing is is downloads parts of the files from anyone who is sharing them so you can download faster by getting it from many different people at once.

there is a small amount of risk with torrents if you are new to the whole thing but if you virus scan what ever you download before you click it you will be in the clear.

the program i use is UTorrent.
I get everything off the internets. Any program or music or movie i want.

Legal Disclaimer

Post by Hermskii » Wed Dec 10, 2008 3:07 pm

OK here is where I have to jump in with my legal disclaimer. First let me say that I'm unaware of the legality of torrent stuff but I'm pretty sure it's not legal. What is nearly more importatnt here is that you don't know what you are getting or from whom. That said, you must understand that you take a huge risk of getting a nasty virus that can nuke your machine, infect all of your buddies, steal your identity and all sorts of other stuff that sucks. Please be way careful while using this stuff and if possible, talk about it via the PM section rather than the open forum as I'm not for people coming here to learn how to do stuff that is not legal if that is the case, nor do I want people to associate their bad luck with this forum when they try something from here that can possibly wreck their life and property. Thanks.
~Peace~

David, there is a nice pdf alternative called Foxit. That might help you. If it doesn't fill your needs, PM me directly and I'll <cough> help <cough> you out.

I am respectful to Herm , that is why i didn't post any links.
BUT , if you are interested send me a PM and ill give details.
BTW, you are totally safe if you run a virus scan on files you download.
I have only found one virus in the seven years i have been downloading.
Also P2P is not necessarily illegal. :P
You will not get in trouble if you are only downloading.

I downloaded a free 30 day for Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. That is a very nice software/program. But after the 30 days, I am sure that I will not buy the program because it is around $500 for the program from Adobe. You can get it on Ebay for around $250.

That is expensive. So I guess I will try get the forms modified or created while I have this 30 day window with Adobe. I want to thank you guys for all your help. I might try some of the suggestions, because it would be nice to be able to create fillable forms.
