MEAT"s doesn't show up on my UT server list

Okay check this out.
When I run my UT player and go to my favorites only CROSSBONES is
pinged and is showing.
But at the bottom I have "Pinging Servers 20% complete, 1 server".
Then after about 30 sec or so my other favorites show up but they're all set
at a ping of 9999. Then, for example, I'll highlight CG and it takes another
30 sec before it pings.
Has anyone seen this before or am I just drinking to much?

Yes, POTS there is a lot of good stuff there, but why is MY server doing OK in the UT browser and not MEATS, etc.
His used to be just fine!
I STILL see his just fine all the time also. (and CG and RVH)
One thing, I keep my UT Master Server URLs up to date and i believe that many people think that the URLs are only in ONE spot in you ini file - there are 2 places for the master server URLs and they use 2 different ports for each set of URLs!

I've been to a few different forums and have read that other people are having similar problems.
But still no real answer to my situation.
I'm almost at the point of rebuilding everything but at the same time I'm
also thinking of turning my server off.

NO - don't turn your server off.

Just keep it alive - even if you must just advertise it here and on other forums.
(I am planning on putting up a site just for this reason! - I was the one who brought up the possiblility of the MasterServers going down)
And I have found out about running master server also! It can be done by anyone I am told.
I know I don't get on any of the servers as much as I would like but I do love getting on your server and the others too.
Really!
I "see" your server in my browser all the time (at least last time I checked) i haven't had these problems.

I saw Elvis ask this on another thread and I did not answer becasue I thought he was kidding. You were kidding right Elvis? Just in case you were not and don't read any other part of this forum you should know that yess CMM is another redeemer server and it is unique. Read about it at the places listed in Hook's signature.

It's one of three possibilites:

A...ELvis was being sarcastic...
B...ELvis doesn't read all the threads/posts...
C...ELvis has Alzheimer's Disease...

Well I've played against ELvis and he has a habit of hiding in
the same spot over and over...so it can't be Alzheimers.
And ELvis does make good points when he's answering threads.
hmm...
So I'm going to take an educated guess and say
ELvis is being sarcastic...?
And if he is I like him even more now.

OK - now I can't get MRS (MEAT's server) on the regular tabs.
I have it as a favorite -> unreal://98.234.20.209:7757 <- MEATS REDEEMER SCREAMER

Also now I can't get CG on the tabs either!
I have CG as a favorite -> (IP coming) <- CG is Curious George's Redeemer Insanity

I did see MHM or Monster Hunt Madness another of Hermskii's servers.

This is strange!

Downloaded my server browser four times and you came up three times.
Where as my server came up two times and then one disappeared.
