I have asked my wife to get me some good old fashioned SPAM. We will have it with breakfast this week. I had Steak-Umz a few days ago. It was awesome but it does make a slight mess with the spattering while cooking.

I would guess that I have SPAM at least within every 2 weeks.
It does NOT have any undesirable meat in it like say hot dogs do.
It is made with all good ingredients like pork shoulder, etc.
If it was good enough for our US soldiers in WWII - it is very well good enough for me!!!

I haven't had Steak-Ums in years though - they still sell it huh?

The SPAM was great. We had it with breakfast on Sunday. I cooked it cut up into little pieces and cooked it on a frying pan until it was just a little bit crispy and golden brown on the outside. My kids loved it and so did I and my wife. They now offer it in low sodium and simple fiol-like carry packs with smaller quantities.

Yes, I had it for supper last night!
Sliced and Fried like your chunks to slight crispy and golden!
Then I made some Waffles to go with it!

It's Sunday! Around here that is SPAMday. I'll be chowin down some spam amoung others things as part of a huge breakfast this morning. That plate of food right there is very motivational.

I made a Spam single pack which I pan seared and put on toast which I applied some mayonnaise to and a slice of Velveeta cheese and some shredded lettuce. It was awesome. Yummmm!

Hungry now? I wish I would have had some eggs. That would have been awesome, a Spam & egg sandwich. I'm getting hungry again just talking about it! Yes, I have more spam singles ready to rock. Maybe I'm on the way to store too for some eggs. I bet some picante on that will be delicious!
