do you guys ever get that feeling that no matter what you do? it will always turn around and bite you in the butt?

or is it just me? cus it seems to me whatever i say online or in real life i get hurt or i hurt somone

Yes, Spice, you seem pretty nice and if your "friends" aren't glad to see you / hang out with you.... maybe they're not really friends afterall and are not worthy of your friendship.
