I hate to say it but is has been historically true that "usually" people here don't show up to play when they say they are going to. That is only wrong of people if they say they will show up. Note: I hardly ever say I'll show up.

The idea of the tournament is not only good, its great. It's a great initiative and I don't know why the advent of MHM4 meant this tournament should have been cancelled.

OK, EA has been having trouble with setting the servers up, but in which server the tournament takes place it's not the most important thing IMO. The most important thing should be the fun and the activity among the community.

We have all tried MHM4 and it's working quite good and POTS and I (specially POTS) have done the best to reduce lag. So, why don't just move the tournament to MHM4???!

So far the ppl interested were:

Hellfire
Biomech
Supreme
Me

Anybody else? Remember this should be for fun. MHM4 is not a competitive server, its kinda like our backyard. If you wanna be competitive and test and show your skills there are many iDM servers with anticheat and godlike droids out there.

This could be an opportunity for something bigger. Yesterday dU.SupaAngel has been playing iDM with us all day on MHM4. Perhaps we could invite her as well and she could bring more dU players. We have friends on KB's servers, how about inviting some ()mg ppl? How about WSP? I still wanna fight KillaKeller.

The problem with a tournament is we already know how it will pan out :/

This was a problem I felt before MHM4 was even hinted at, right at the start of the tournament.

The point of the tournament isnt to see who's the best, nobody cares, yeah u have a bigger screen and a better mouse probably, its NEVER always player skill, you can have a complete noob with a giant screen, surround sound system and he will be able to predict where anyone is and easily see them and hit them, just a fact. then a elite pro could move to a small screened pc with a laggy/not sensitive enough mouse and get his ass owned.

Point is, have fun, kil each other some, hell abuse each other for all i care XD

i tried to set this up just to get all the MHM/CG/MRS/CMM members together and have a laugh, Redeemer players, have a mess with a insta some, monster hunters, throw some red beams at a few harder target, just get ur asses to one place, maybe meet some people you never knew were even here, and on top of all have fun, u can lose 30/0 nobody cares, as long as its a fun day out.

This is all starting to sound Much better to me.
I play for FUN and just getting a group together for some plain old UT gaming without a tournament is more what I like.
