I just wanted to share my thoughts about a movie that maybe most people in the US are unaware of.
I enjoy a good action movie. I enjoy a good martial arts movie as well. I am not a reader, my wife enjoys reading books, I enjoy watching movies.
I bring this up because in IP Man and IP Man 2, the movies are in Cantonese with English subtitles. Do not let that scare you off. After a little bit of time I did not even realize that I had to read to understand what the characters were saying. I think there was good fights scenes in both movies. Of course, as I stated before I like martial arts film and I have a history of watching martial arts films from Asia when I was younger.
IP Man http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B29hegnvnzg The trailer does not do justice for this.
IP Man 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaBdgu00otE&hd=1
I hope you enjoy if you watch them. Netflix had both on instant queu.

If It has Donnie Yen in it, you are guranteed a great movie. Both of those are fantastic, great choreography and good message, Ip man was Bruce Lee's Real Life teacher.David wrote:I just wanted to share my thoughts about a movie that maybe most people in the US are unaware of.
