We used TS3 for 4 years now and it works perfect ,The first was a rental from gameservers
but that broke down on their linux-crap ,but now I rent a dedicated windows-machine and created my own TS-Server and had no crash for 6 months

I was talking with a few of your folks today. I have a special request for you until I get my own TS working. Bet you can guess what it is already. I'm going to move this over on to your section of the forum or in the TS section I already had about this. LOL. I'll do it later though.
