I have to figure out that that error means and why it is happening. Who was the last person who used the poll feature? I bet they broke it! LOL.

Here is the problem and possibly the fix. I don't plan to do it because I honestly don't know how and I'm too scared to let anyone else ever touch the inner workings of this forum. So there you have it! I should just remove the poll function.

I wonder when it broke. Has anybody ever seen it work? As near as I can tell, it likely broke as soon as I put this Black Pearl custom theme on here.

I know the polls worked in 2008 and 2009
In 2008 I had this poll viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1088&hilit=poll
POTS had this in 2009 viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1574&p=17060&hilit=poll#p17060
Earlier in 2012, I tried posting a poll but it failed as well. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3148&hilit=poll&view=viewpoll

As it stands now, this is like voting in an election in a communist country. A numbered ballot and if you don't vote the right way, it's held against you. And in any event it doesn't count anyway. The central committee has already determined what's best for you.

Oh yes, and most communist countries are also broken these days too.
