That is exactly right. As a few of you have noticed last time we played Tomoko2, I made ALL of you stop at the top right before the mapend, and waited for the rest of the players to catch up. As we were waiting, oh so patiently, I explained to all of you the importance of teamwork.
If a player can't learn an MH map because everyone is finishing it in -.243 seconds, they're gonna leave, download the map, and try single player. And then ultimately give up on MH as a whole.
Here is tip: if you are all about getting more points than anyone and racing to the end, go download the map, and get off the server. Play with some bots that will stand around yelling, "that had to hurt!" They won't beat you, I promise. If you're going to race to the end and finish the map before the 56Kers can even load it, than I suggest you leave.
Before some of you dummies out there try to point this out and call me a hypocrit, allow me to inform you that under special circumstances, some maps CAN be played as races. So long as other players agree.
For real! if folks want a game to just make points on, go get Guitar hero and have at it!

I think that most here are on the same page, we want to work together, we are patient and are about pulling together one, for the love of the UT and two, the MH mod which like some of the game styles like CTF is supposed to be about team play to get the most out of it.
If we can keep this up and get some buzz about MH going, naybe we can get more folks in there and playing it the way it should be played , without worrying about points and egos, it's supposed to be fun ! If nothing else better maybe we can get 8-10 folks that are wanting to play this mod and do it up right would be a great start. Kinda like a chess club except we meet to kill monsters LOL
