It is so you can see who is playing on your favorite servers without having to actually start the game up. You just put all the favorite servers in your favorites list in UT. Then you install this program and put it on your desktop. Go into settings and point it to where ever you have your UT.ini installed at. Save. Now start it up. It instantly pulls up a list of who is playing, how many, what map, what the score is and a preview of the map. It is nice to have and use to save time.
