Anybody going to see Doom the Movie
Millions of devoted fans worldwide have been spellbound by the dark invention of its adventures . . . have awaited its every incarnation with urgent anticipation . . . and have devoted countless hours, days and weeks to conquering its hidden mysteries: Doom.
When the home-computer game "Doom" was first launched in 1993, no one could have foreseen the legion of fans it would create and the mania surrounding its every new permutation. "Doom" and its successive installments have transfixed gamers worldwide for over a decade and have sold millions of copies (while chalking up an unprecedented tens of millions of downloads as shareware). It is, simply, the most explosive home-computer game franchise phenomenon in history.
Now, the game that made history is jumping from computer screens to the motion picture screen: get ready for Doom. Set countless years in the future and told in the hyper- kinetic, kamikaze style that made its gaming predecessor a global phenomenon, the science fiction action adventure Doom takes the viewer to the far corners of the galaxy with a fully-realized vision of a dark and disturbing future.

I dont know , i think it could be a real dissapointment. I am willing to risk my 7 bux though on this one. Even though the plot has been completely butcherd. It could actualy turn out nice "Dispite the realy crappy trailers"
I dont know , i just realy like the rock in this role too. LOL
*speaking of the Rock.
He is supposed to be the main charicter in a rumored "Spy Hunter" film! Remember that ole game. Hell yeah with the asome cars and things. I read an interview. I dont know when the release date will be yet though or if it is even beeing shot yet.

Doom
I will have to see it just because I have really enjoyed the Rocks several last movies. I think he is going to start being in a ton of films soon. I really thing he's a pretty good actor and his action movies rule.

Your looking at it the wrong way, lol
Its more of a theatrical performance. There are good guys and bad guys and lots of drama. LOL , thats the lure and the fun. I used to watch all the time "every monday". I watched when Goldburg first started and was undefeated for ever! It was awsome. My friend Kristeen was the person who got me into it, we would watch it religiously. Gawd i miss her. I think she is in Georgia now? Damn it. . .

If at first you do not succeed, you probably suck.

Movies that where videotaped in the theater are so crappy. The sound is always bad, and not to mention picture quality.
Not to mention ILLIGAL,
But I'm with Meat on that I would rather play then watch. I just got into this game recently. I loved Doom 1 and 2 back in the day. Now I have a new graphics card I can finaly play 3. I'm happy with it so far, but all the searching around for PDAs' is f-ing annoying. I just want to kill monsters!
