that mod can get annoying sometimes and it makes the deemer pointless cos if anyone gets in your way its suicide. plus if its a small room or corridor it can get hard to miss the player in front of to and aim at the monster in front of you, expessially if the player in front of you is dodging around. mind you it does stop players boosting people off the edge so it has its good points, but it also stops insane mucking around on survers like me, the_supreme_one, pots and many other players do on MHM#1. so there are good and bad points to the mod. put a vote up and see what other players want.

You can't take the invisibility out of the maps.
but, I think monsters cannot see you until you either make noise or shoot.
The whole shooting other players with the deemer splash can be avoided with some communication. Talk to your teamates and let them know your about to blast one into the room. Get them to fall back for a second.
If the hallway is narrow and you cant get a shot without hitting your teammate:
1.move to a new location or
2.don't shoot at that moment.
This is team play. You don't just run around blazing. You actually look where you are shooting. If it were real life you would have to be carefull with such heavy weapons.
Should i reduce the amount of damage you take when you shoot another player?
Should i just take the mod off?

1. we lower team damage?
2. we remove team damage?
3. we leave it like it is?

Try it there for a week or so, so that all can try it out at that setting. I won't be able to get on till sunday evening to try it out as I have to work sunday till 3.
